How much does a website cost?
We start with a free example design. If you like the direction, the one-time build fee is typically $600, but if not it will be clear and upfront — no surprises. Hosting and upkeep is a flat $20/month.
Do I have to commit before seeing anything?
No. You get a free example design first, with no pressure to proceed. You only pay if you want the site built.
What do you need from me to get started?
A business name, a short description, your logo (if you have one), any photos or brand colours, and a rough idea of what you want the site to do.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most small business sites take around 1-2 weeks once the example design is approved. Faster if you already have content ready.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes — if you prefer to make your own updates, we can set things up so you can edit text and images yourself. Otherwise, we can handle small updates for you.
What's included in hosting?
Fast global hosting, automatic HTTPS, security hotfixes, uptime monitoring, and light content updates. Your site stays online, secure, and running smoothly.
Is there any lock-in?
No. You can cancel hosting anytime, and you always own your domain and your content. We will never hold anything hostage and will always help you migrate your site if you choose to leave. We want happy clients, not locked-in ones.
Do you work with businesses outside the South West?
Yes — we work with clients across WA and Australia-wide. Everything is handled online, so the process is identical whether you're local or remote.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes — SEO setup is included with your build. Monthly reporting is optional if you want ongoing insights into traffic, search visibility, and opportunities to improve.
Can you help with domains and email?
Absolutely. We can help you register a domain, configure DNS, and set up email through your preferred provider.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it, refresh it, or migrate it — whatever suits your business best.
Do you build online stores?
Yes — we have plenty of experience building ecommerce sites, although we don't yet have a standard package listed on our website for them. If you're after an online store, get in touch and we'll discuss your needs.
