Website ownership

You always own your domain, your content, your images, and your branding. If you ever choose to stop hosting with us, you’re free to take your site elsewhere or rebuild it however you like. There is no lock-in.

Hosting & uptime

Hosting is billed monthly and includes fast global delivery, automatic HTTPS, security hotfixes, and light content updates. While we aim for excellent uptime and reliability, no hosting provider can guarantee 100% availability.

Payments & cancellations

The one-time build fee is paid when you approve your example design. Hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. When cancelled, your site will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period.

Privacy & data

We only collect the information needed to build and maintain your website — such as your business details, contact information, and any content you provide. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties.

Your website may use analytics tools to understand traffic and performance. These tools collect anonymous usage data such as page views, device types, and general location. No personal information is tracked.
